Dirk is a technology recruiter with Kforce Technology Staffing in Grand Rapids and has helped tech professionals navigate the job search and make transitions over the last 20 years. He works daily with small, medium, and large employers in West Michigan as they determine their need for tech staff to complete company initiatives. Prior to working in the staffing field, Dirkcompleted a Bachelors’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and worked as a Software Developer.

Hanna Root, Career Specialist at Grand Circus

Hanna Root is a Grand Circus Career Services Advisor, with a background in technical recruitment. At Grand Circus Hanna helps reskilled professionals (her students) break into Michigan’s Tech Market, leveraging her years of technical recruitment expertise. When she’s not working with her students you can find her eating vegan donuts and hula hooping.

Cody GrantLead Manager of Talent Solutions at Grand Circus

Cody Grant serves as the Lead Manager of Talent Solutions for Grand Circus, focusing on net-new technical talent pipelines and improving job readiness training as well as inclusive employer hiring across two campuses in Michigan. At Grand Circus, he has provided career coaching resources to over 800 adult career changers. Cody completed his master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. He has been recognized as a DisruptHR speaker and was previously a Challenge Detroit Fellow, supporting non-profits across the Metro Detroit region.
