Session 2: September 9, 10, 11 and September 16, 17, 18 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Session 3: October 16, 17, 18 from 9am-5pm

What will I learn?

This project management course at Grand Circus is for students seeking to learn the project management framework, project best practices, and processes. The class is intended to prepare students for taking the Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification test.

Using real-life examples, students learn to apply project management processes acknowledged by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI)®

To reserve your seat, please pay the $100 deposit.

Balance for the class is due 7 days prior to class start.

NOTE: This course is 24 hours and satisfies the education requirement for certification.

Des is a Consultant who specializes in Project Management Consulting and Project Management Training and Mentoring. With over 30 years of experience as an IT professional and close to two decades as a project manager, Des bring her field experience into the classroom and makes learning fun for everyone.

Des is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management Graduate. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), West Michigan Project Management Institute (WMPMI), and the West Michigan Veterans Coalition. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering for veterans organizations, weight lifting, and time with her family.
