Learn the basics of the internet with our HTML & CSS class. This six-session course is intended for individuals who want a comprehensive introduction to both HTML and CSS. Through coding exercises, lecture, and focused homework assignments, students will develop the skills needed to build your first website.

Significant coursework will take place outside of the classroom, and the ability to commit to project and study time outside of the classroom is required. You will need to bring your own laptop.

Jeseekia is a Software Engineer, primarily focused on full stack web application development. Through her company Fully Developed, LLC she services clients using various languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, PHP, and SQL. She is an avid learner, currently training in Artificial Intelligence Engineering. Jeseekia is passionate about exposing others to engineering and development through teaching and mentoring. Currently, she serves as a Chapter Leader and Instructor for Girl Develop It - Detroit. Jeseekia has been a Bootcamp Instructor for Grand Circus. Although she loves to program in her spare time she’s also a lifelong gamer, aspiring amateur aerialist, and enjoys hand lettering art.

Prerequisites: You don’t need any programming knowledge to take this course – you’ll just need to be able to download Google Chrome and a text editor.

Refund for Cancellation: An applicant requesting cancellation within three (3) business days after making an initial payment, but prior to seminar or workshop start date, is entitled to a refund of all tuition and fees paid with the exception of the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
