Learn the basics of the internet with our HTML & CSS class. This six-session course is intended for individuals who want a comprehensive introduction to both HTML and CSS. Through coding exercises, lecture and focused homework assignments, students will develop the skills needed to build your first website.

This workshop will be held at our offices inside of Start Garden in downtown Grand Rapids.

Significant coursework will take place outside of the classroom, and the ability to commit to project and study time outside of the classroom is required. You will need to bring your own laptop.

Prerequisites: You don’t need any programming knowledge to take this course – you’ll just need to be able to download Google Chrome and a text editor.

Refund for Cancellation: An applicant requesting cancellation within three (3) business days after making an initial payment, but prior to seminar or workshop start date, is entitled to a refund of all tuition and fees paid with the exception of the non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
